A Youtuber is a really cool career!

When I grow up I want to be a Youtuber. A Youtuber is someone who videos herself or himself doing something or blogging something, then posting it on her or his channel for the world to see. Their goal is to have as many people subscribing to their channel as possible. 

 Learning intention: We are learning to write a description.

Success criteria: I know I can do this when I describe what I want to be when I grow up. 

Did you know that the Haast's Eagles were the largest eagles that ever lived?

                      
Learning intention: We are learning develop our critical thinking through using Thinkers Keys. Success Criteria: I know I can do this when I use the Alphabet Key to find words that are related to Hasst's eagle.

Eat five plus a day!

Learning intention: We are learning to understand living things around us.
Success criteria: I know I can do this when I identify plant part that vegetables grow from and design a healthy salad.

Fill the hearts oh Holy Spirit!

Prayer: Come, Holy spirit, Fill the hearts of your faithful. And kindle in the them the fire of your love. Send forth your spirit and they shall be created. And you will renew the face of the earth. Amen


Learning intention: We are learning a traditional prayer.
Success criteria: I know I can do this when I recite The Holy spirit.  
  

Did you know that you can enrich your soil by adding natural compost?

 

Learning intention: We are learning to understand compost.

Success criteria: I know I can do this when I write down key words that are related to compost.

Can you be a hero like Riley Braden?

learning intention: We are learning to understand the qualities of a child hero. 

Success criteria: I know I can do this when I identify the qualities and the actions of Riley Braden.

Follow the Ten Commandments!

Learning Intention: We are learning to understand the covenant that was given to Moses from God.

Success criteria: I know I can do this When I  list the Ten Commandments that God told Moses at Mount Sinai.
