My grouping within Ten

This is my Grouping within ten. Today I have been learning to use the shape tool and paint bucket to show my grouping within ten .My grouping within ten was 3 + 7. I used the smiley face shape tool to do this.

Badminton.

              First time playing Badminton.

Yay! Room 5L went to the hall to play badminton.

First we had warm ups. I jog and jumped  and also ran back and forth. 

Then we got the rackets and our coach teach us how to use it. I learned the parts of the racket and to put my knuckles  facing the ground, and my fingers should shaped like a v.
After that we all got shuttles and practice to hit them. 


Finally, after playing Badminton we all said thank you to coach Ben and went back to class.  

  

Animals in Trouble

                
My Wild cat.

Last Friday my cat Raylie  was trapped in a tree. I was very scared because she was next to the electric  wires, so my dad called 111 and asked for the fire fighters  to rescue her.

First, my sister and I shouted out loud to our cat not panic because she looked scared and very frightened.

Then we heard the fire fighters and they parked  right next  to the the tree and pulled out their ladder. One of the fire fighters climbed up the ladder and into the tree. He safely brought down my wild cat.I was very happy to have my terrified  cat back. 








 


   
   

Maths pattern

Today I have been learning to use Google draw to create a 2 repeating pattern.I repeated my triangle shapes by making sure they were same size. I used two colours green and purple and then purple green.for my back ground I use yellow.

This is my second grouping within ten poster. I used 2 blue blocks and 8 purple blocks to make ten. I used a combination of numbers and words to create My sentences

This is my grouping within ten. Today I used blocks to make my grouping within ten.I used 6 Blue blocks and 4  green blocks. I have also used  a combination of words and number to make my grouping within my ten.
